Our Vision
At The Learning Ladder Children's Centre, we take pride in being an inclusive play-based Centre. We work closely with our local Supported Child Development Centre and Fraser River Indigenous Society to provide extra support to those in our care.
Our Team
Our team is made up of trained and experienced professionals who are passionate about working with children. We cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and we are always looking for ways to enhance our services and better meet the needs of the families we serve.
We employ Infant & Toddler Educators (ITE's), Special Needs Educators (SNE's), Early Childhood Educators (ECE's), Early Childhood Educator Assistants (ECEA's), and Responsible Adults (RA's) depending on the licensing regulations requirement per program.
Our Programs
The Learning Ladder Children's Centre has been offering care to our community since 2018. We offer a range of programs to meet the needs of children at different stages of development. Our programs include infant, toddler, and 3 - 5 years old care. Each program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports the growth and development of each child as an individual.
